How can I get a quote?
By telephone, Text or Email to arrange a suitable time for a site visit and survey. We will offer free advice and a accurate quote with no commitment to the customer.

When can we book your services or appointment?
Anytime suitable for you during the day, and we reccomend you to book us at least two days before.
Do you work during the weekend?
Yes, we work 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
How do I pay?
You can pay either by cash or cheaque. You can pay through bank transfer as well.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, our minimum order should not be less then £20.
What areas do you cover?
We cover whole Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton. We charge Extra if the distance is more then 8 miles from Birmingham city center.
What equipment do you use?
We Use heavy duty industrial machines to clean carpet which is latest Quick Drying V2 Steam Mate System. We can deep clean your carpets and we use different chemicals and solutions.
How long the carpet will take to dry?
Most of the Carpets dry in 2-3 hours. depends on the weather condition. Upholstery may take longer 4 to 8 hours, depending on the backing material.
Are the products you use safe?
Yes. The products that we use are entirely safe and child/pet friendly. We have material safety data sheets on all products that we use and our range of environmentally friendly and biologically active cleaning solutions, clean without compromising performance or safety.
Does your process restore the original feel of my carpet?
Yes, our process leaves your carpet fresh, clean, residue free and soft to the touch
